Are you looking for online music lessons?

Online learning is a different experience to doing it face to face, but the lessons can still offer real progress and development. We provide innovative and interactive online lessons with expert tutors, through two-way live video tech.

How does it work?

We currently offer lessons through Zoom. The video calls are managed by our team at Harmony Music School. All you need is a Wi-Fi connection and then you will need download the software on to your computer, laptop or the app on to your phone or tablet. You will also need Wi-Fi for the actual lesson too Zoom offer the ability to see your teacher, share screens and documents for your lessons. Notes and updates will also be emailed to you at the end of your lessons.

What is the difference with face to face and online?

This is a different way of learning, but it is still worthwhile.
You are not likely to have the same professional setup at home that we have in our teaching studios and it is unlikely that you will have a full length view of yourself or the teachers, however our teachers adapt their teaching to accommodate different set ups. You will be given exercises and guidance that takes in to account the virtual environment. We can also exchange information and instructions prior to and in between your lessons to help you progress.
Many of our online students have improved their skills massively and some have taken their grade exams, after only ever having online lessons.
